Your agreement with Techtoniks
Techtoniks LLC, a Florida, United States company, provides Worduino at worduino.com, our designated preview website and in our mobile apps. These Terms govern your use of the service. By using Worduino you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it. Contact hello@techtoniks.xyz with questions.
Worduino is a general-audience puzzle. If the laws where you live require a parent or guardian to consent to your use of Worduino or to an account, obtain that consent before proceeding; the parent or guardian may accept these Terms for you. These Terms do not waive mandatory local laws or consumer rights.
Guest play and accounts
An account is optional. Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You remain responsible for your use, but not for security failures caused by us. You may stop using Worduino or delete your account at any time.
Downloaded boards can be played offline; new boards, cloud saves and account services need connectivity. Detailed run history is stored on the device where you play and may not transfer with cloud progress. Export information you want to keep before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Permission to play
Subject to these Terms, Techtoniks grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Worduino for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may share your own screenshots and gameplay recordings with attribution to Worduino, without implying endorsement, exposing another person’s information or redistributing the app’s assets as a standalone product. Third-party licenses and rights granted by applicable law take precedence for the material they cover.
Fair use and security
Do not use Worduino to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate someone, access an account without permission, attack or overload services, distribute malicious code, circumvent account security, or manipulate cloud records and verification. Do not extract or redistribute substantial parts of our proprietary app or content except as permitted by law or an applicable license. Good-faith security research must protect other users and avoid disruption; report findings privately to hello@techtoniks.xyz. Nothing here limits legally protected interoperability, accessibility, research or consumer rights.
Copyright and ownership
Techtoniks and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in Worduino’s original protectable software, presentation, writing, branding and content. Worduino and Techtoniks names and logos identify our products and business; these Terms do not assert trademark registration. Third-party software, fonts and dictionary material retain their owners’ rights. You retain rights in material you provide to us and permit us to process it as needed to provide the service or handle your request.
For a rights concern, email hello@techtoniks.xyz with your contact details, identification of the protected work, the specific content/location in Worduino and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond as appropriate. Do not send confidential documents unnecessarily.
Scores, availability and changes
Worduino is an entertainment game. Scores, stars and legacy virtual rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes. There is no wagering, paid entry or cash competition. The current release has no purchases or subscriptions.
We may correct errors, change features or discontinue services when reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal or business reasons. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent device compatibility or recovery of device-only data. Changes must respect your non-excludable rights.
Advertising and external services
In versions where ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may appear at eligible board transitions or as an optional rewarded placement, subject to Google’s availability and serving controls and the required consent and disclosures. Google may receive or generate SDK identifiers and app, device, connection, diagnostic and consent signals while Worduino initializes, loads or shows an ad. Worduino checks consent eligibility before it starts, loads or shows an ad; this does not promise zero SDK traffic or universal identifier absence. Board-entry interstitials do not appear on the first Daily entry, an unfinished resume or during active play. Requests are non-personalized and do not use Worduino account or game-service information for targeting. Privacy choices are available in the app when required, and declining optional processing does not block play. Any paid features would be described before activation with additional purchase terms. Accepting these Terms does not grant permission for optional tracking. External links and authentication services have their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Links do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal obligation. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and how to contact us, unless that would compromise security or violate the law. You can ask for review at hello@techtoniks.xyz. Ending use does not remove rights or obligations that naturally survive, including intellectual property rights and resolution of existing claims.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Worduino is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free results. We do not exclude warranties or remedies the law requires.
To the extent permitted by law, Techtoniks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence.
Mobile app stores
For a download from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license where no separate custom license is specified in the store. These Terms govern the Worduino service alongside it and do not override mandatory store or consumer rules. Other stores’ applicable usage rules also apply. Contact Techtoniks for Worduino support. A reference to a store does not imply that it has approved a particular version.
Concerns and updates
Please email hello@techtoniks.xyz so we can try to resolve a concern. Florida law governs these Terms except where your local law requires otherwise. You retain courts, governing-law protections and dispute-resolution rights available under mandatory consumer law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. We may update the Terms and will identify the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an appropriately notified change signifies acceptance to the extent allowed by law; where express agreement is required, we will request it.
