Techtoniks LLC provides these options to permanently delete your Worduino account and associated personal application data. You do not need to install or reinstall the mobile app. This does not delete your Google account or accounts with other services.

1. Open Account on this website or in the app and sign in to the account you want to delete. 2. Choose Export account data first if you want a copy. 3. Choose Delete account, read the confirmation and confirm. 4. Sign in again if asked to verify that it is you, then repeat the deletion action. Wait for “Account deleted.” If provider deletion is pending, your application data has been erased but Firebase sign-in deletion still needs to finish. Re-authenticate and retry, or email us for help. A network failure or signing out alone does not confirm deletion.

Email hello@techtoniks.xyz with the subject “Worduino account deletion.” Send it from the account email where possible, identify the account, say whether you used the main website, preview or a mobile app, and request deletion. If you no longer control that email, explain this so we can arrange proportionate identity verification. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. We will acknowledge your request and explain any verification needed. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and always follow the applicable legal deadline. If a lawful extension or limited retention applies, we explain it. You can also request deletion of particular data without closing the whole account.

Deletion removes cloud progress, personal game records and the Worduino Firebase sign-in identity. The app clears the deleted account’s cached data and detailed history on this device. Other offline devices and operating-system backups can retain local copies; clear Worduino’s local data there too. Guest history and public downloaded boards are separate. A minimal deletion receipt and one-way identity marker remain to prevent old sessions from recreating the account. Restricted provider backup, security or legally required records can remain until their retention purpose ends. Preview and production have separate game databases and share authentication. In-app deletion removes application records from both environments before deleting the shared sign-in identity. Deletion is permanent.
