What to include
Tell us whether you are using the website, iOS or Android, your app version if available, and what happened. Include the board date and steps that reproduce a problem when helpful. A screenshot is optional. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens, payment details or identity documents.
Your saves and account
You can play without an account. Device-only saves and detailed run history can be lost if you clear app or browser data or uninstall. Export information you want to keep first. Signing out does not delete your account. For account data and deletion options, use the links below.
Privacy and advertising choices
Website analytics are optional and can be changed in Settings → Privacy & analytics. In mobile versions where ads are enabled, available ad privacy choices can be reopened in Settings. Guest play does not require an account. Read the Privacy Policy for the data flow and available rights.
Security and rights concerns
Report suspected security issues privately to hello@techtoniks.xyz. For a copyright or other rights concern, identify the work, the specific content or location in Worduino and a description of the issue. Avoid sending confidential documents unnecessarily.
